Items are shipped Monday-Friday. All orders will be packaged and shipped within 5-10 business days. Delivery date may change depending on weather conditions or holiday schedules. Orders will be sent to the address listed at check out, so please confirm before completing your order. Customers will be provided with a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for miss-delivered (due to incorrect address), lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund or replacement for such items. Please confirm with your mail carrier by providing your tracking information for additional assistance on locating your product(s). All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
International orders are packaged and shipped within 7-15 days depending on service provider. Customer will be provided with a Customs Declaration Number once item is shipped. Please note that the sender is NOT responsible and is unable to track ANY international item once shipped. It is advised that customer contact their local post office or customs to locate their package (s). Any additional fee to be paid per customs requirement, will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The International Inquiry Centre can be reached at 800-222-1811 to assist with tracking updates.
